The source for roadway disaster relief funding eligibility is based on the Louisiana DOTD, 2014 Functional Classification of all public roads (based on the 2010 US Census data, in collaboration with local and regional organizations). These features are roads with Functional Classifications of 1 to 5 or 6, with an urban designation.

Definition Expression: Functional_System in( '1' , '2a' , '2b' , '3' , '4' , '5' ) or (Functional_System = '6' and HPMS_Urban_Code <> '99999' )
