Description: This Data Frame depicts sources for roadway disaster relief funding eligibility. This is based on the Louisiana DOTD, 2014 Functional Classification of all public roads (based on the 2010 US Census data, in collaboration with local and regional organizations). Roads with Functional Classifications of 1 to 5 or 6, with urban designations receive reimbursement from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Functional Classifications of 7 and 6, with rural designations are reimbursed by the Feral Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). FHWA roads are always present on the map. FEMA roads will render, once the map is zoomed-in.
